Evening Primrose Oil is a rich,natural source of the important unsaturated fatty acid gammalinolic acid (GLA).

It is usually sold in capsules.

It is used by women who wants to maintain healthy skin and have premenstrual syndrome or discomfort during the pre menopause or menopause.

GLA in our body produces prostaglandins. This "hormon" helps change purine which is in some vegetables into urine.So it does not stay in our body to become urine acid.
